Additional notes on the technologies above:
- Payments. Subscription checkout is completed on Stripe's own hosted pages (stripe.com). Any cookies or storage set there are governed by Stripe's own practices and are strictly necessary for payment processing and fraud prevention. IQounting does not load Stripe.js or set payment cookies on its own pages.
- Analytics. On the public marketing and sign-in pages IQounting uses Google Analytics 4 to measure basic traffic (pages viewed, traffic source, approximate country and device type). It is activated only after Analytics consent is given, runs with Google Consent Mode (analytics_storage denied by default), and never measures the authenticated application or the recipient invoice view. No invoice, bill, company, client/supplier or personal data is sent to Google.
- Marketing. IQounting does not use any advertising/marketing cookies or similar technologies, and Google advertising consent signals are kept denied.
- Lifetimes. Where an exact lifetime cannot be determined from the implementation (for example the Supabase session expiry and the googtrans cookie), it is flagged as requiring confirmation rather than estimated.
